Toronto Argonauts News Release

Toronto, Ont. – The East Division Championship presented by WestJet will be aired live on Toronto's Sports Radio, THE FAN 590. The largest game of the year for Argo fans will now be available on radio for fans in the Southern Ontario region. Mike Hogan will be calling the action for THE FAN and will be accompanied by veteran colour man Pete Martin. Sunday's game will be played at Olympic Stadium in Montreal with kickoff slated for 4:00 PM ET.

This has been an outstanding week for followers of the Double Blue. A Semi-Final win on November 2, that propelled the Argos into the East Final, followed by Wednesday's announcement of the Toronto ownership situation being resolved, sets the table for a strong finish to the week with the game on Sunday, November 9.

Although the Alouettes finished the regular season 8 points ahead of Toronto, the season series between the two teams was anything but lopsided. Alouettes thumped the Argos 46-22 at home on August 21 and Toronto returned the favour blasting the Als 45-13 on October 17. Toronto is also on a roll heading into Montreal, having won three in a row.
