
New Ticket Technology Allows Fans to Print Tickets

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Redbirds fans have long been able to buy tickets online. The not-for-profit âBirds have now taken that one step further ... and for fans, it's a step that will allow them to step right past the ticket windows and into AutoZone Park. Via the Redbirds' website (www.memphisredbirds.com) and new Extremetix ClicknPrint ticketing technology, fans are now able to purchase and print Redbirds tickets at home, effectively allowing fans to skip the ticket windows altogether.
"As part of our commitment to remain an industry leader in the area of customer service, the Memphis Redbirds are excited to offer our fans the latest in ticketing technology," said Redbirds Vice President of Marketing Kerry Sewell. The ClicknPrint Tickets system not only provides convenient on-line purchasing and no-hassle, print-your-own ticket delivery, it also allows ticket buyers to reprint lost or damaged tickets and to securely transfer tickets to anyone via e-mail.
