New Mexico's Chris Robertson Wins February's Oakley Three Stars Award

The Central Hockey League announced today that Chris Robertson of the New Mexico Scorpions has won the Oakley Three Stars Award for the month of February/2009. Robertson finished third in the league during the month of February with 17 points (7-10=17). The Scorpions leading scorer with 65 points (28-37=65) finished with three First Star nods and one Second Star recognition for a total of 18 points during the month. Robertson is tied for ninth in the season-long Oakley Three Stars Award standings with 40 points.

The regular season Oakley Three Star standings show Odessa's Sebastien Thinel and Laredo's Darryl Smith tied for the lead with 53 points.
