New Jersey Titans News Release

The New Jersey Titans are proud to announce the signing of defenseman Lucas Marshall for the remainder of the 2023-24 season. The 2004 birth year hails from Newport Beach, California, and played with the Trail Smoke Eaters and the Powell River Kings of the BCHL earlier this season. Last season, Marshall recorded 4 goals and 6 assists for the Wenatchee Wild in his first season of junior hockey.

"We are excited to add Lucas to our defensive core," said General Manager and Head Coach Craig Doremus. "Lucas has some experience playing junior hockey and will add to an already deep group. His ability to play in transition, defend, and to use his skating acumen will be a great addition to our team. We look forward to Lucas arriving in New Jersey and can't wait to see him on the ice."

"I'm very excited to be here in New Jersey," said Marshall. "The arena and overall facility is amazing and has so many things for the players that I haven't seen on other teams. The gym and other training areas are unreal, they've taken such great care of me since my flight landed, and I can't wait to get on the ice as a Titan."

Marshall is anticipated to make his Titans debut within the next week. The earliest he could appear is New Jersey's next game on Friday, January 26th, when they head on the road to face the first place Maryland Black Bears.
