
New Bedford High School stars return as pro players

New Bedford, MA. Former high school basketball stars at New Bedford High School, Marques Houtman and Marcus Wills return to their former high school as professional basketball players to help the ABA Boston Frenzy do battle with the Buffalo Rapids on Saturday night, Jan 7th at 7pm. Coach Eggie MCCrae stated, "both Marques and Marcus are excellent players with outstanding skills and they're getting better. We hope the fans will come out and show their support."
Tickets are $10; $5 for senior citizens and children 12 and under, the best sports and entertainment value in the area. There are also two Cape Codders on the coaching staff - Angel Robinson of Wellfleet Recreation and Noopy Texiera, former Harwich High School basketball star.
