
Ice conduct free basketball clinics

Toledo, OH. Members of the ABA Toledo Ice basketball team and coaching staff began a series of Free one-hour basketball clinics starting this past Friday. These clinics are being offered to elementary students in the greater-Toledo area. The team seeks to provide a fun and instructive activity for students that will help instill confidence in their lives. Basic basketball skills, rules and conditioning will accompany messages about the importance of a positive attitude, working as a team, and the value of an education. Game tickets, t-shirts and other prizes will be awarded at the clinics.
This past Friday, the team went to Glenwood Elementary in Rossford, OH and had the kids had a fabulous time as did the team. The next clinic is scheduled for Holloway Elementary in Holland OH this Wednesday, Jan 11 at 315pm. Parents are welcome to attend.
