NEL All-Stars Announced

July 16, 2003 - Canadian American League (Can-Am) News Release

The game will feature the U.S.A. team versus the World team. To qualify for the World team a player or his parents must be from outside of the 50 U.S. states. Starting position players were selected by vote of the league managers and media. Each club received one manager vote and one media vote. The pitchers and reserves were selected by U.S.A. manager Ed Nottle (Brockton Rox) and World manager Kash Beauchamp (Bangor Lumberjacks).
