SATURDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS¡Ktop performers from Saturday¡¦s D-League games

ƒæ Alando Tucker led the way for the Thunderbirds with 34 points and Julius Hodge scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in Albuquerque¡¦s win.

ƒæ Tulsa¡¦s Mike Hall scored 27 points and collected 13 rebounds in the loss.

ƒæ Jeff Horner finished with 25 points and 10 boards for Iowa while Darryl Watkins netted 18 points and pulled down 11 rebounds in the Energy¡¦s win.

ƒæ Dakota¡¦s David Bell scored 15 points while Rod Benson had 12 points and 13 boards and Kevin Lyde scored 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

ľ James Lang led with 22 points as Kevin Krugerhad18 points and 13 assists and Brian Hamilton scored 11 points while grabbing 13 rebounds.

ƒæ Bakersfield¡¦s Scooter McFadgon led the way for the Jam with a team-high 25 points.

ľ Marcus Campbell led the Arsenal to an overtime win over playoff-bound L.A. with 20 points and 23 rebounds, while Mo Charlo scored 21 points.

ƒæ D-Fender Sean Banks¡¦ 38 points and Jelani McCoy¡¦s 18 points and 13 rebounds wasn¡¦t good enough as Los Angeles fell in overtime to Anaheim.

ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS¡Ka look at D-League Alumni in last night¡¦s NBA games

Ten players with D-League experience competed in six NBA games last night, six as starters. Here are the highlights:

ľ Mikki Moore scored 23 points and collected 10 rebounds in a 42-minute starting performance for the Sacramento Kings.

ƒæ Cleveland¡¦s Devin Brown scored 15 points, collected six rebounds, and dished out five assists in 37 minutes for the Cavaliers.

D-LEAGUE PLAYOFFS 101: The 2007-08 D-League Playoffs will begin shortly after the regular season concludes on April 12 and will consist of three rounds. The first two rounds are single elimination, while the Finals will be a best-of-three series. The three division winners, as well as three wild card teams, will qualify for the 2008 D-League Playoffs. Tie breakers are, in order, head-to-head record, winning percentage against teams over .500, and point differential. The two division winners with the best records will receive byes in the first round.

PLAYOFF PICTURE: If the D-League playoffs started today, the following teams would complete the field:

BACK TO THE D: Denver Nuggets guard Taurean Green and Los Angeles Lakers guard Coby Karl both returned to the D-League yesterday. Green suited up for the 14ers and Karl donning a D-Fenders jersey. Both players re-join the D-League having been assigned earlier in the season.
