FRIDAY NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS...top performers from Friday's D-League games
v Morris Almond, on assignment from the Utah Jazz to the Utah Flash, scored a game-high 34 points in Utah's win over Tulsa.
v Iowa's Mike Efevberha scored 41 points and pulled down seven rebounds en route to the Energy's victory over Austin.
v Thunderbird Trent Strickland finished with 21 points on the night, as Albuquerque defeated Rio Grande Valley.
v Mike Taylor led the way for Idaho with 29 points, as Randy Livingston scored nine and dished out 13 assists and Mouhamed Sene scored 15 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the Stampede's win over Anaheim.
ALUMNI ACHIEVEMENTS...a look at D-League Alumni in last night's NBA games
26 players with D-League experience competed in 13 NBA games last night. Here is a look at the highlights:
v Four former D-Leaguers highlighted the Houston Rockets lineup, including Rafer Alston who finished with nine points and 11 assists in just under 43 minutes, and Charles Hayes who finished with two points and six rebounds in eight minutes.
v Newly called-up Kaniel Dickens (seven minutes) and Billy Thomas (14 minutes, nine points) joined fellow D-League alumni Dwayne Jones and Devin Brown for the Cavaliers.
v Louis Williams scored 18 points in just over 25 minutes for the 76ers.
v Toronto's Jamario Moon finished with 16 points and eight rebounds in just under 38 minutes of action for the Raptors.
v Amir Johnson netted 13 points and pulled down six rebounds for the Pistons.
