The Naturals have instituted a special rain-related guarantee for this eight-game homestand. Despite forecasted weather that calls for scattered thunderstorms and rain chances nearly every day this week, the Naturals are optimistic and positive that they will be able to take the field and play ball each night, on time, as scheduled.
How positive is the club? General Manager Eric Edelstein has extended the club's normal rain policy to include delays due to showers and rain-related field preparation, i.e. if the Naturals game you are attending this week is delayed at the start due to showers, halted mid-game due to a shower, or ceased pre-maturely due to showers before a regulation nine innings have been completed, all fans are invited to redeem their ticket stub for another game during this homestand free of charge.
