Home is Where the Heart is: The Sounds enter their second homestand of the season with a 5-2 record at First Tennessee Park as compared to 4-7 on the road. The team is hitting .255 at home and just .206 on the road.

Focused Fowler: Dustin Fowler collected three hits in Omaha on Monday. He has tallied at least one hit in 10 of the 17 games he has played and seven of those have been multi-hit games to lead the team.

First and Foremost: The key to victory for the Sounds thus far in 2018 has been scoring first. In eight of Nashville's nine wins the Sounds have been the first team to score, and have lost just twice while doing so. On the flip side the Sounds have just one win when their opponent scores first and have lost seven times. The Sounds have come-from-behind to win a game when trailing in the fifth inning or later just once this season.
