Nailers to Help Hurricane Sandy Victims

WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Montreal Canadiens, are asking fans to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy on the east coast.

Over the past few days, the East Coast of the United States has been hit hard by Hurricane Sandy, leaving millions of people in difficult situations. Damages to cars and houses have been severely damaged, and help is desperately needed. With that, the Wheeling Nailers are lending a helping hand, and they need your assistance. The Nailers are asking fans to donate canned food and or clothing items at the Nailers home game this Thursday when they host the Toledo Walleye at WesBanco Arena.

All items collected will be donated to the American Red Cross.

The Nailers and Walleye will drop the puck at 7:00 on Thursday night. For more information or to purchase tickets to the game call 304-234-GOAL or online at ticketmaster.com.
