Cincinnati, OH- A goal from Garrett Wilson (4th) with 38 seconds remaining in regulation propelled the Cincinnati Cyclones (4-0-2-0) past the Kalamazoo Wings (5-2-0-0) Wednesday night at the U.S. Bank Arena creating a first place tie in the North Division between the division rivals.

Despite being outshot 12-5 in the first period, Kalamazoo was able to hold Cincinnati to a scoreless opening period.

Flying in from the slot, Aaron Clarke (2nd) slid in a Nick Sirota rebound past Brian Foster 5:52 into the second period to give the K-Wings the 1-0 advantage.

Finding space between the circles, David Pacan (3rd) pulled the Cyclones even lifting a wrister over Joel Martin late in the stanza. The goal was Pacan's team-leading seventh point of the season.

Early in the third period, Brett Lysak (1st) reclaimed a one-goal advantage for the K-Wings by one-timing a Eric Kattelus cross rink pass over the outstretch glove hand of Foster. Kattelus (2 goals, 5 assists) who was playing in his 100th career pro contest, tied Sam Ftorek for the team-lead in scoring notching his seventh-point of the season with the assist.

The Cyclones came into the contest as the league's top third period team outscoring their opposition 6-2 in the final period and the closing 12 minutes of Wednesday's encounter didn't shed any doubt of Cincinnati's dominance in the final stanza.

Taken down on a breakaway, Taylor Aronson brought the game even netting his first tally of the season on the ensuing penalty shot.

Wilson capped off the comeback scoring his team-leading fourth goal of the season on a third chance opportunity past Martin to secure the victory.

The Cyclones, who snapped the K-Wings four-game winning streak, extended their unbeaten streak in regulation to six games (4-0-2-0) and in the process raised their record to 4-0-0-0 when Wilson finds the back of the net.
