Wheeling, WV - The Nailers Power Presented by Pepsi will air tonight even though the team is on the road and travelling to Elmira, NY. It will not air live from Generations Pub and Restaurant. Instead a studio version of the show will run beginning at 6 p.m.
Host Bob Rotruck will break down last weekend's games against the Johnstown Chiefs and preview this weekend's upcoming games at the Elmira Jackals. We'll also hear audio replay highlights from last weekend's back-to-back overtime thrillers as well as conversations with Joey Haddad, Casey-Pierro Zabotel and also Jason Botterill, assistant general manager with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Tune in to The Mix 97.3 at 6:00 p.m. for the Nailers Power Hour presented by Pepsi.
This week's show will be the last for a couple weeks. The show will not air on Thanksgiving. It will return on Thursday, December 3rd with another live appearance at Generations Pub and Restaurant.
The Nailers next home game is Wednesday, November 25th against the Florida Everblades. It's $1 beer night at WesBanco Arena and also 2-for-1 WesBanco Wednesday ticket night with coupon or by showing WesBanco card or checkbook.
Saturday, November 28th is Pink in the Rink with $2 of each ticket sold going to benefit area breast cancer patients as well as proceeds from the post-game jersey auction.
