
Mystics Announce Round One Fan Festivities

WASHINGTON, D.C. - To tip-off the Washington Mystics' Round One playoff series against the Seattle Storm, the team will host away game watch parties on Thursday, August 18 at 10:00 p.m. at one of the Mystics' official bar partner, as you are in Capitol Hill and on Sunday, August 21 at 4:00 p.m. at Caesars Sportsbook at Capital One Arena. Fans will enjoy food and drink specials, giveaways and appearances from Mystics personalities.
The WNBA unveiled a new 2-1 playoff format for the WNBA 2022 Playoffs, with the first two games being hosted by the higher seed and the lower seed hosting a game three if necessary. Seeding for games played in Round One will match up as: 1st seed vs. 8th seed; 2nd seed vs. 7th seed; 3rd seed vs. 6th seed; and the 4th seed vs. 5th seed.
Limited single-game tickets for the Mystics' home matchup for their Round One playoff series against the Seattle Storm are still available at https://mystics.wnba.com/playoffs/. Washington's only Round One playoff game will take place on Wednesday, August 24th if necessary.
