Mudbugs Face Must-Win Game 4 Tonight

TULSA, OK - For the first time this postseason, the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs face a must-win game tonight at 7:35 pm at the BOK Center in Game 4 of their Berry Conference Semifinal series against the Tulsa Oilers. Tulsa leads the best-of-five series 2-1 as the 'Bugs look to tie the series tonight and force a deciding Game 5 tomorrow at 7:05 pm at the CenturyTel Center.
Tonight's game will be aired live on News Radio 710 AM KEEL and online at www.710keel.com with pregame coverage starting at 7:15 pm. The game will also be shown live online on CHL-TV.
Bossier-Shreveport won't be looking to change much in tonight's Game 4 after carrying the play and outshooting the Oilers 46-22 in Game 3. Despite those facts, Tulsa was able to score a third-period goal on the ¬ËBugs for the first time this postseason to grab a narrow 3-2 victory and a 2-1 series lead behind 44 saves from goaltender Ian Keserich.
The Mudbugs, who own an all-time record of 9-2 at the BOK Center, have won three of their last five games when facing elimination dating back to 2009 and rank #1 among all CHL playoff teams in both goals-against average and penalty killing. After the Oilers won Game 1 in overtime last Friday night, the ¬ËBugs responded with a 6-1 rout the next night at the CenturyTel Center to tie the series at one prior to Tuesday's Game 3 loss.
