April 18, 2017 - International League (IL1)
Toledo Mud Hens News Release
TOLEDO, OH- For the first time ever at Fifth Third Field, the postgame fireworks show on Monday, July 3, will be "in the round." Fireworks will be set off from multiple locations around the ballpark creating a dramatic ending to the Mud Hens July Fourth weekend celebration.
The 20-minute show, synced to Rock-n-Roll music, features fireworks shot off the Fifth Third Field rooftops, the warning track, and Monroe Street, transforming the night sky into a colorful palate of red, white and blue.
Fans can view the fireworks show from the seating bowl at Fifth Third Field, one of the Hensville rooftops and in Hensville Park.
The festivities continue after Rock-n-Blast when Laith Al-Saadi takes the Fleetwood's Outdoor Stage in Hensville Park- part of the summer Hensville Live! music series presented by Price Pro. The Ann Arbor, Michigan native and NBC "The Voice" finalist won the hearts of fans with his authentic blend of blues, soul and classic rock.
Hensville Live! is a free live music series that happens after every Friday and Saturday Mud Hens game and on several holiday bonus dates between Memorial and Labor weekends.
