Morgan Properties Partners with Lehigh Valley Steelhawks to Provide Free Housing for Players

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA - Morgan Properties, one of the nation's largest real estate investment and management companies, has partnered with the National Arena League (NAL) football team, Lehigh Valley Steelhawks to provide housing for 16 of this season's players at its Whitestone Village Apartment Homes in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The players will reside at the community for five-months, until the season ends in August.

Morgan Properties' community, Whitestone Village Apartment Homes, is located within a 15-minute drive of the Steelhawks home arena (PPL Center) and offers convenient access to Routes 22, 78, and 309. Their apartment homes provide expansive living space with a king-sized master bedroom and eat-in kitchen, individually controlled heating and cooling systems, generous closet space, and a private patio or balcony. Players will also have access to the apartment community's amenity offerings including an outdoor fitness center and dog park equipped with obstacle challenges and agility equipment.

"Due to the convenient location of the apartments and the quality living experience they provide, it made sense to name Whitestone Village Apartment Homes the official housing property for Steelhawks' players," said Mike Clark, Steelhawks' executive vice president/general manager. "We've always provided housing for our nationally-recruited players to ensure they have a 'home away from home' while with us in Allentown, but our positive experience with Morgan Properties and the team at Whitestone has made the process of securing players with a temporary residence that much more rewarding."

The Steelhawks partnership marks Morgan Properties second housing partnership with a professional sports team. The company partnered with the Sixers Innovation Lab Crafted by Kimball last summer to provide complimentary housing for members of the inaugural class of startup companies.

The Steelhawks season officially kicked off April 13 against the Columbus Lions in Columbus, Georgia. The team will host its first home game of the season Saturday, April 21, at the PPL Center.
