
Moose hosting playoff BBQ party

The Manitoba Moose will be hosting a free playoff barbeque party this Thursday, April 18 at the east side of the Winnipeg Arena parking lot. The organization encourages fans to come early to the game three match of the best-of-five Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series and enjoy the BBQ bash from 5-7 p.m.
During the free playoff barbeque party, all fans will receive a free Schneiders Juicy Jumbo hot dog and Pepsi. Power 97 will be broadcasting live from the playoff BBQ and will be encouraging Moose fans to revel in the team's push towards the Calder Cup. There will also be a licensed beer garden with products available to purchase from Molson, Moosehead and Norm's Moonshine Coolers.
This is an excellent way for fans to show their Moose pride and to get pumped up for the important game three meeting between the Moose and the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Game time for the Thursday's contest is at 7:30 p.m. CDT.
There are already over 5,000 tickets sold for game three of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinal on Thursday. Eastern Conference Quarterfinal tickets are on sale and available at all Select-A-Seat outlets and at the Winnipeg Arena box office. Tickets can be ordered by phone by calling Select-A- Seat at (204) 780-SEAT (7328).
