Monarchs Sign Martin Nemcik for 2018-19 Season

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and General Manager Doug Christiansen announced today that the Monarchs have signed Martin Nemcik for the 2018-19 season.
The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings.
Nemcik, 25, returns to Manchester having played in 57 games for the Monarchs during the 2017-18 campaign. Nemcik lead the Monarchs with 117 penalty minutes and added 18 points on one goal and 17 assists.
The 6-foot-4, 231-pound native of Bratislava, Slovakia, has played three seasons and 161 games in the ECHL between the Wichita Thunder, Utah Grizzlies and the Monarchs. During the past three years, he has racked up 38 points on six goals and 32 assists, to go along with 298 penalty minutes.
Nemcik and the Monarchs open the season on the road against the Brampton Beast on Oct. 13, before coming home on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. to play the Newfoundland Growlers. For tickets to Opening Night, Season Memberships and group tickets, please contact the Monarchs front office at 603-626-7825.
