Monarchs Sign Chris Carlisle

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and General Manager Doug Christiansen announced today that the Monarchs have signed defenseman Chris Carlisle for the 2018-19 season.
The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Los Angeles Kings.
Carlisle, 23, returns from playing overseas after skating in 45 games for HC Bolzano of the EBEL during the 2017-18 season, where he racked up four goals and nine assists for 13 points, while recording 32 penalty minutes.
The 5-foot-10, 174-pound native of Fort Lee, N.J., played two seasons for the Binghamton Senators (AHL) from 2015 to 2017, where he totaled 139 games and scored seven goals and 21 assists for 28 points. Carlisle appeared in two games for the Evansville IceMen (ECHL) during the 2015-16 season and recorded two assists.
Carlisle and the Monarchs open the season on the road against the Brampton Beast on Oct. 13 before returning home on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. to face the Newfoundland Growlers. For tickets to Opening Night, Season Memberships and group tickets, please contact the Monarchs front office at 603-626-7825.
