Mobile, Ala. - Cyle Hankerd recorded two hits with three RBI leading the Mobile BayBears (30-20) to a 7-5 victory over the Jacksonville Suns (23-27) in front of 6,466 Saturday night at Hank Aaron Stadium.

Mobile starter Barry Enright (4-3) picked up the win, his second against the Suns in 2009. The right-hander allowed four runs and nine hits over five and two-thirds innings. Suns starter Aaron Thompson (2-7) fell in the loss while giving up six runs, five earned, and seven hits over five innings of work.

The teams traded first inning runs, with Lorenzo Scott contributing a leadoff homerun for the Suns 1-0 lead. In the bottom of the frame, Cyle Hankerd tied the game with a sacrifice fly for a 1-1 score.

Mobile took the lead for good in the third inning, scoring four runs against Suns starter Aaron Thompson. Chris Rahl drove in two runs with a triple, Hankerd added another run on a single and later scored on a throwing error for a 5-1 BayBears lead.

The Suns cut the deficit to two runs with a two-run fifth inning, including an RBI double from Scott Cousins and RBI single from Tim Torres for a 5-3 Mobile lead.

The teams traded single runs in the sixth and seventh innings for a 7-5 final score.

Lorenzo Scott paced the Jacksonville offense at the top of the order, going three-for-five with a homerun and two RBI.

The Jacksonville Suns are expecting a transaction before Sunday's series opener at the Montgomery Biscuits that will determine the starting pitcher. Montgomery RH Ryan Morse will get the start in a 7:05 ET first pitch from Riverwalk Stadium. Sunday's game will broadcast live on the internet at 930thefox.com.
