Mobile Bay Area Arthritis Walk and Health Fair at Hank Aaron Stadium

Mobile, Ala-The Mobile BayBears and the Arthritis Foundation are teaming up to kick off national arthritis awareness month by hosting the Mobile Bay Area Arthritis Walk and Health Fair.
The walk will be held Saturday, April 24th at Hank Aaron Stadium. Walk registration and the health fair will begin at 9am; the walk itself will begin at 10am. There will be both a 5k, 3.1 mile, and one mile walk.
Additional attractions will include hotdogs and Pepsi products courtesy of Mobile Gas, as well as, pony rides, which are therapeutic for children with arthritis. Several area rheumatologists their staff and patients will be participating as a "Walk with your Doc" team. All participants will receive tickets to the Mobile BayBears vs. Montgomery Biscuits game Saturday night at 7pm.
The walk and health fair are sponsored by: Flight Training of Mobile, LLC; McCoy Outdoors; Spring Hill Ace Hardware; and Summer Classics. Clear Channel 99.9 Lite Mix will be on hand broadcasting live throughout the event.
