GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Sunday's game was a close one, but MNUFC2 were able to come out of their Mother's Day match victorious. The Loons took on Chicago Fire II and neither team could break the tie during regulation. However, MNUFC2 were able to come out on top with a 7-6 shootout scoreline favoring the visiting side. Next up, MNUFC2 are slotted to face off against the current Western Conference front-runners, Houston Dynamo 2 at Allianz Field this Saturday.
