Minnesota United FC 2 News Release
GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - MNUFC2 extended their winning streak to seven on Sunday, their first home game at the National Sports Center in Blaine. Four Loons scored five goals, proving their proficiency up top and producing an impressive 5-1 scoreline against Colorado Rapids 2. With how well MNUFC2 has been performed as of late, it's hard to remember that this season started off with two losses. The second of those two losses coming from MNUFC2's next opponent, Sporting KC II. In that last match, Sporting KC II scored two goals, secured three points and kept a clean sheet. Now, two months and 19 goals later, the Loons of MNUFC2 are a more cohesive unit and ready for redemption. Make sure to stream the game at www.mlsnextpro.com, this Saturday, June 4 at 7:00 p.m. CT to catch all of the action.
