TORONTO -- The Canadian Football League announced today that it has fined BC Lions defensive lineman Khalif Mitchell an undisclosed amount for multiple "throat slashing" gestures made towards his opponents during last Saturday's game against the Edmonton Eskimos at Commonwealth Stadium.
