
Miracles Get Washed out by Storm

(MONCTON, NB) The Moncton Miracles fell to the Summerside Storm at the Moncton Coliseum with a final score of 119-104.
The first quarter ended with the Miracles being down 34-23 from which they were never able to recover.
Moncton battled hard throughout the second half and were able to bring it to a five point spread in the fourth quarter but it was not enough.
Darrell Wonge was the top scorer for the Miracles with 27 points. Akeem Wright followed with 20 points and 16 rebounds. Stephen McDowell led the way for the Storm with 20 points and 7 rebounds.
The Miracles play their next game at home against the Quebec Kebs on Sunday, January 5th, 2012. Game time is 2:00pm at the Moncton Coliseum.
