SARASOTA, F.L. (August 18, 2008) - Due to the unforeseeable rain in the Southwest Florida forecast, tonight's Florida State League contest between the Fort Myers Miracle and Sarasota Reds has been canceled. Monday's game will not be made up as the Miracle wrap up the season-series with Sarasota taking 11 of the 19 games. Tuesday is a scheduled, league-wide off day with the Miracle getting back to action on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in Lakeland. The Miracle and Flying Tigers will open up a three-game series at Joker Marchant Stadium to begin the final road-trip of the regular season.
