MN Wilderness 4 @ MN Magicians 1 - The Wilderness used a dominant 2nd period and 34 saves from goalie Kaleb Johnson to hand the Magicians a 4-1 loss in Richfield on Wednesday night. The Magicians were first on the board as they took a 1-0 lead in the 1st period thanks to a power play goal from Brett Oberle. The Wilderness quickly tied the game early in the 2nd period as defenseman Grant Docter scored a power play goal just :31 seconds into the frame. The eventual game-winner came midway through the period as Donte Lawson scored his 7th goal of the season to make it 2-1. The Wilderness then made it 3-1 late in the 2nd period as Aaron Pionk scored his first career NAHL goal with a power play tally. Josh Bohlin added a power play goal in the 3rd period to complete the scoring. The win for Johnson in goal was his 12th of the season. Darius Bell took the loss, making 28 saves.
