
Minnesota Lynx Sign Jaime Nared to Training Camp Contract

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has signed forward Jaime Nared to a training camp contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.
Nared, a 6-2 forward, currently plays overseas in the Women's Basketball Super League for Izmit Belediyespor. Through 21 games, she holds averages of 18.6 points on 45.5% shooting, 7.0 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 34.4 minutes of action. The Portland, Ore. native was drafted no. 13 overall in the 2018 WNBA Draft by the Las Vegas Aces. She saw action in 32 games for the Aces across the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Prior to her professional career, Nared played in 128 games (94 starts) with at the University of Tennessee where she amassed 1460 points, 722 rebounds, 219 assists and 156 steals as a Volunteer.
