Miners Series Finale vs Florence Postponed

Marion, IL - The Southern Illinois Miners announce that due to a tornado warning in Marion and Williamson County, Thursday night's game against the Florence Freedom has been postponed. It will be made up in a doubleheader when the Freedom make a return trip to Rent One Park in late July, with official time and date to be determined.
All fans holding tickets for June 28th may use them at any future Miners home game in 2018. For more information, contact the box office at (618) 998-8499.
The Miners are back in action on Friday, June 29th, when they open up a weekend series against the Gateway Grizzlies at 7:05 p.m. Steven Ridings will start on the mound for the Miners with Will Anderson going for the visitors.
