The Wisconsin Herd welcome back Jaylen Adams as a Milwaukee Bucks two-way player after an award-winning 2019-20 campaign
Jaylen Adams is coming back to Wisconsin after signing a two-way contract with the Milwaukee Bucks. Adams spent the 2019-20 NBA G League season with the Wisconsin Herd, posting averages of 21.5 PPG, 5.1 RPG, 5.7 APG, and 1.8 SPG in 33 games.
Adams earned a spot on the 2019-20 All-NBA G League First Team and was named NBA G League MVP Player of the Month in January 2020.
Adams scored in double figures in 31 of the 33 games played, collected 19 20-point games and four 30-point efforts. He was also one of six players who ranked in the top 20 in NBA G League in both scoring average and assists per game.
Adams received a call-up to the Portland Trail Blazers to play in the 2019-20 NBA restart in Orlando after the 2019-20 NBA G League season was cut short due to the pandemic.
