Miller and Hamilton Selected to 2015 NBA Development League All-Star Game

RENO, Nev., Feb. 04, 2015- Today, the NBA Development League announced the roster for the 2015 NBA Development League All-Star Game, presented by Kumho Tire. Quincy Miller and Jordan Hamilton will represent the Bighorns on the All-Star team when they tip-off Sunday, Feb. 15 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Hamilton (6'7", 220), has played 19 games with the Bighorns and currently ranks number one in the NBA D-League Prospect Watch. During his time with the Bighorns he is averaging 19.2 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.

Hamilton played 126 games in the NBA with the Denver Nuggets (2011-13), as well as the Houston Rockets (2013-14), with career averages of 5.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. Hamilton was selected with the 26th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Dallas Mavericks.

Miller recently signed his second 10-day contract with the Sacramento Kings. He averaged a NBA D-League-leading 26.3 points (.522 FG%, .356 3pt%, .895 FT%), 7.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 steals and league-best 3.7 blocks in 14 games for the Bighorns. Upon joining the Kings, Miller saw action in three contests, totaling 14 points (3-11 FG, 1-4 3pt, 7-9 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks in 40 minutes off the bench.

Originally selected by Denver with the 38th overall selection in the 2012 NBA Draft, the 6-10, 220-pound forward posted averages of 4.5 points (.366 FG%, .702 FT%), 2.5 rebounds and 0.54 blocks in 59 games (started 16) over two seasons for the Nuggets.

The Bighorns return home Thursday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m. to take on the Los Angeles D-Fenders.
