Military Ice-Skating Party on June 22

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls and San Diego Ice Arena are welcoming home their troops with a free ice-skating party on Sunday, June 22.
The "Welcome Home Party" will run from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on June 22 at the San Diego Ice Arena in Mira Mesa. Admission and skate rentals will be free for any active or non-active military personnel and their families. A barbeque lunch will be provided for a small fee.
Selected Gulls players, both Sandy and Baby Gull and the Gulls Girls are all scheduled to make appearances and will be available for autographs and pictures. There will also be a live deejay and on-ice activities, including basketball on ice and the largest indoor beach ball, for everyone to participate in.
