
Mike Green and Sawyer Petre Named 1st Team All-IFL

SPOKANE, WASHINGTON - The Indoor Football League today announced the 1st and 2nd All-IFL Teams. Representing the Spokane Shock is defensive back Mike Green and kicker Sawyer Petre, who both have received 1st Team All-IFL honors.
Green was the IFL leader in tackles, ending the season with 101 total. Of those 101, 63 were solo and 38 were assists. He has averaged 8.4 tackles a game and had a season high of 12 tackles in one game on July 17th, against the Tucson Sugar Skulls.
Petre made the most field goals in the IFL this season. He completed the season with 15 made field goals out of 26 attempts, averaging 1.3 field goals a game. Petre has been named IFL's Special Teams Player of the Week twice this season, on week 12 and week 15 of the IFL season.
