Spokane Shock Dance Team Releases Audition Schedule For 2022 Season

SPOKANE, WASHINGTON - Today, the Spokane Shock announced the audition schedule of their 2022 Dance Team Tryouts. They will hold open auditions virtually beginning Monday, January 24th. Those interested in joining should register now via email with a headshot and dance background information to jackie@spshock.com. All who have registered for tryouts will receive further audition information via email the evening of January 24th.
First round video materials are due Sunday, January 30th no later than 6:00pm. Video materials must include an introduction statement from the dance stating name, age, and where you live; a front facing video of given material in a two piece athletic outfit or audition outfit; and a 30 second solo or freestyle in your favorite dance style.
Final dance team announcements will be emailed on Monday, January 31st with the first team meeting being held on Tuesday, February 1st via Zoom. The group chosen will perform at Spokane Shock home games during the 2022 season and will represent the team in the community year-round. Health and safety will be of the utmost priority during each of the in-person sessions with proper COVID-19 guidelines strictly enforced. "We are looking for women with passion for dance and their community, women who are eager for the opportunity to form a sisterhood, and mostly - women who are ready to perform for Shock Nation! Show us your passion and leave it all on the floor" explains Shock Dance Coach, Jackie Roberts.
