
Midnight on Main Tickets on Sale

MIDLAND, Mich. - The Great Lakes Loons and Sound Productions are excited to announce that tickets for the Midnight on Main New Year's Eve presented by Members First Credit Union are now on sale. The event will take place on Dow Diamond's concourse from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. The area will be enclosed, heated and transformed into a NYE club party atmosphere.
"Midnight on Main has become a signature event for downtown Midland and the Great Lakes Bay Region, and hosting the event at Dow Diamond will allow for an even better experience for those attending the event," said Chris Mundhenk, Loons Vice President of Marketing & Entertainment. "Dow Diamond is synonymous with entertainment, and our staff is eager to partner with Sound Productions to host the region's premiere NYE event."
Tickets can be purchased online at Loons.com or in person at Dow Diamond during normal business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday). The Dow Diamond box office will be closed December 24-30 (tickets can still be purchased online), and will re-open at 12 p.m. on December 31.
Price for tickets is $25 with VIP tickets available for purchase at $125. You must be over 21 years old to attend
Performances throughout the night will come from The Two Timin' Band, a rockin' country band that plays with passion and energy! Get a mix of the danceable, country songs with classic rock favorites that draw a crowd to the dance floor. Sound Productions DJs will also be spinning some of the best hits throughout the night. The event will feature an array of bars stocked with beer, wine and mixed drinks. Food will be available for purchase.
VIP tickets include: Food and drinks, private access to the Great Lakes Reserve and bar located on the suite level at Dow Diamond, exclusive entertainment, prime viewing of the ball drop and firework celebration, and a champagne toast to ring in the New Year. VIP ticket holders also have access to the entertainment and festivities located on the concourse level during the event.
"We are very pleased with the decision to move the event indoors, and doing so will definitely take Midnight on Main to the next level," said Jim Paetschow, President of Sound Productions Entertainment. "In addition to being able to control the temperature of the event, we are now able to control and enhance all production aspects of the event as well."
Parking will be free and party bus shuttles will be available for transportation following the event to and from Dow Diamond's rear parking lot. For large groups, transportation to the event is also available by booking through Sound Productions, home of the original "Crazy Train." Special discounted prices will be available. Guests will also have access to valet parking at the stadium's front entrance, and coat checking upon arrival.
