The Michael Pappert Memorial Trophy is awarded to the Rangers top rookie. Selected in the first round, 17th overall, of the 2021 OHL draft Carson Rehkopf made an impression during his first season as a blueshirt scoring 15 goals, 18 assists for a total of 33 points in 65 games played. This six-foot two centre collected five powerplay goals, and quickly became the Rangers secret weapon during shootouts burying all three attempts for a 100% record. Congratulations to this year's Michael Pappert Memorial Trophy winner, Carson Rehkopf.
