NEW YORK / LOS ANGELES (Wednesday, June 27, 2012) - Mexico's current champion Santos Laguna will face off against Spain's La Liga champion Real Madrid at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, August 5. French powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will take on Major League Soccer's D.C. United at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, July 28 at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Santos Laguna and Paris Saint-Germain are replacing Juventus FC in the respective matches because of Juventus' withdrawal from the Herbalife World Football Challenge due to its participation in the upcoming 2012 Italian Super Cup in Beijing. Juventus' third match in Montreal has been canceled. Fans who purchased tickets to any of the matches may use the existing ticket for the new matchups or receive a ticket refund.

The current Mexican league champion, Santos Laguna also finished runner-up in the CONCACAF Champions League 2011-2012. Based in Torreon, Mexico, Santos is led by manager Benjamin Galindo and captain Oswaldo Sanchez. Los Guerreros (Warriors) also boast U.S. national team forward Herculez Gomez, who is originally from Las Vegas.

PSG, the top-flight soccer club representing the city of Paris, is a two-time winner of France's Ligue 1, an eight-time winner of the French Cup, and two-time winner of France's Champions Trophy. PSG, led by Carlo Ancelotti, is also one of only two French clubs to have won a major European trophy, claiming the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1996.
