Rockford RiverHawks News Release
LOVES PARK, Ill. - Baseball fans can meet the Rockford RiverHawks and win playoff tickets Thursday at the Tilted Kilt.
The team will be at the pub and restaurant, located at the Clock Tower Resort at the I-90/State St. interchange, for a meet and greet event 7-9 p.m. Thursday. It's the last opportunity to meet the team this season.
"The RiverHawks are off on Thursday and the playoff push is on," RiverHawks general manager Josh Olerud said. "Whether you want to hang out and watch a game or enjoy dinner and drinks on that patio, there's not a better place to be on Thursday than the Tilted Kilt."
Tilted Kilt has 32 TV screens, most of which will be tuned to major-league baseball or NFL preseason games on Thursday. One lucky fan will be rewarded with two RiverHawks playoff tickets.
