Meet Ruid and Harvey at American

Rockford, Ill.- With a rare Friday night without Rockford IceHogs hockey on the ice, a pair Hogs will be in the community giving fans a chance to meet them off the ice at American TV, Appliance and Furniture in Rockford from 7:00-8:00 p.m. this Friday, November 5.

Hogs fans have an opportunity to meet the IceHogs team captain and leading scorer J.C. Ruid along with rookie goaltender Jeff Harvey at American located at 6651 East State St. Fans can receive autographs from the players and talk Hogs hockey as the team is off to their best start in franchise history. The Kryptonite IceHogs Dancers will also be at American Friday night, signing autographs for Hogs fans as well.

American currently is running their Family Sale in which customers receive the same discount as American employees. The sale starts today and ends this Sunday, November 7. American is open from 10:00 a.m. -9:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Next Game: Saturday, November 6 at Missouri River Otters. Game time is set for 7:05 p.m. Rockford hits the road for the first of four straight road games when they visit the Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. The IceHogs and River Otters have already hooked up once this season and Rockford will try to avenge one of their two losses of the season.
