Harrisburg Senators News Release
The Harrisburg Senators announced today that infielder Josh McKinley has been placed on the Disabled List, retroactive to May 7th. McKinley has been sidelined with a bruised left heel.
Harrisburg has just finished a 1-5 road trip in which McKinley was unable to play. Josh was selected as the Expos' Double-A player of the month for April following an outstanding start. Called up to fill his spot will be infielder Wes Carroll from Brevard County. Wes is the younger brother of former Senator and current Expo, Jamie Carroll. With the Manatees this season, Wes appeared in 27 games and compiled a .250 average with 0 homers and 7 RBI.
