Mayhem return players from 2008

Marion Mayhem News Release
As a new year approaches Coach Pearson is gearing up and getting his roster filled with talented players. There will be several new faces, but we also have several returning favorites for the 2009 CIFL Season.
One of Marion's favorite, is 6', 290 lb Defensive Lineman (#4) Thomas "T-Mac" McKenzie. T-Mac has recently relocated to Ohio. T-Mac is Mayhems leader in tackles with 24 solo, 16 assists for a total of 52 yards loss and a total of 7 solo sacks and 1 interception. T-Mac played at Riverside Community College.
Returning for his third year is 6' 1", 225, #6, Stanley Jackson. As Quarterback, Stanley was 3rd overall in the league with the most rushing yards at 333 yards and 3 touchdowns. Stanley is a great team leader, and motivator. He also loves to work with the community whenever he can.
Another 3 year veteran is #19, Ian Schmidt. 6' 1", 185 WR. Ian was picked up at a local tryout. Never played high school or college football. Ian was more in to basketball. In 2008 he had 45 receptions for 516 yards and 13 TDs.
Mayhem also welcomes back for his second year, 5' 10", 195 CB, #23 Arden Banks. Arden played for Ohio University. Last year Arden had a total of 22 tackles and 16 assists & had a total of 2 interceptions. He is a high energy players and we look forward to him having another great year.
Bryceson Lawrence is from Marion and plays DB. He is an explosive package. He played at River Valley High School and played his college ball at Tiffin College. He had 4 solo tackles and 2 assists last year. Bryceson was also able to pick up 2 interceptions. We welcome him back for his second year with the Mayhem.
Returning for a second year with the Mayhem is 6', 205 lb, #8, WR/RB, Maurice Douse. Maurice was a huge asset to the team, despite an elbow injury which kept him out most of the season. He still had over 17 receptions for a total of 159 yards and also had a 50 yard kickoff return for a touchdown.
#65, Steve McCrary is 6' 1", 270 lbs, OL/C returning for his second season with the Mayhem. Steve played is college ball at Kentucky State University. He is a consistant player. Welcome back Steve.
