
MAYHEM GAME RECAP: Mayhem Shutout for the Fifth Time this Season In

*MACON, GA- *The Macon Mayhem were shutout for the fifth time of the season - second against the Huntsville Havoc - in this afternoon's 3-0 loss to Huntsville.
All the scoring came in the first and second period of the game. Darren McCormick started off the scoring for Huntsville at the 16:57 mark of the first period, making it 1-0 Huntsville.
John Clewlow added two goals on breakaways in the second period to make it 3-0. Ben Kramer recorded two assists for Huntsville, and goaltender Adam Courchaine played outstanding, saving all 42 shots he faced in the game.
The Mayhem move to 33-11-6 on the season with the loss tonight, including a 15-5-4 record at the Macon Coliseum. They move to 3-2-0 on the season against Huntsville.
Mike DeLaVergne started in net for Macon, saving 23 of the 26 shots he faced in the game. He moves to 2-2-0 on the season.
The Mayhem return home on Friday, March 31 against the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs.
