
Mavericks to Host Press Conference Friday at 2pm

INDEPENDENCE, Missouri - The Missouri Mavericks, proud member of the Central Hockey League (CHL), will host a press conference this Friday, August 5 from 2-3 p.m. in the President's Club of Independence Events Center. The team will announce the latest player signings as well as a new Assistant Director of Hockey Operations. All fans and media are invited to attend

Where: President's Club, Independence Events Center

When: Friday, August 5, 2-3 p.m. CDT
The press conference will be held at the President's Club inside the Independence Events Center and all media and fans are asked to enter through the south entrance of the building closest to the Centerpoint Community Ice Rink.
Mavericks' President and General Manager Brent Thiessen and Head Coach Scott Hillman will be on hand along with the Mavericks' Assistant Director of Hockey Operations.

The Missouri Mavericks will begin their third season in the Central Hockey League in October. The Mavericks play their home games at the state-of-the-art Independence Events Center where parking is always free.
