Maulers' Coaches and Players To Make Appearance

The Montgomery Maulers, coaches and players will make an appearance this Saturday, January 28, at Motor Max, 570 North East Boulevard. This is a chance for fans to meet some of the coaches and players who will make up the 2006 Maulers team. The Maulers will be in attendance 1:00 to 3:00PM. Also expected to stop by, are some of the 2006 RedHots, the Montgomery Maulers dance team. A We didn't = t have the opportunity last year to do pre-season appearances. @ said owner Jamie LaMunyon. A We = re delighted that Motor Max has invited our team to share their spotlight. @
Sandra Bedgood, Director of Sales, reported that the Maulers will have a few t-shirts to give away and hopefully be able to announce the complete schedule for 2006. The Maulers first home game is set for March 25. The opponent is expected to be Charlotte, NC. A Final schedules should have been out a month ago @ LaMunyon said. A but with the hurricanes shutting down the league office for a month, everything is delayed. @ The Maulers will play a full 14 game schedule and there are a few new expansion teams in the mix. The new schedule is expected A any day now @ .
