Valour FC News Release
WINNIPEG, MB. - Valour FC midfielder Matthew Catavolo has been named to the Canadian Men's Under-20 Squad for an upcoming training camp in Costa Rica.
The 13-day camp runs 10 April to 22 April and will be led by Mauro Biello, the Canada Soccer's Men's Olympic Head Coach. The camp will feature a pair of youth international matches against Costa Rica on the mornings of 15 and 21 April.
On account of the global pandemic, this marks the first men's youth camp in more than two years, with this group featuring players born 2003 or later. The Canada squad features players attached to clubs from eight different countries.
Catavolo first joined Valour FC on Febuary 14th, 2022 after spending his youth career with the CF Montreal academy.
