Mark Your Calendars: Key Dates for Rapids Fans in 2023

The dates are set, the calendars have been marked, but we have a few more matchups Rapids faithful won't want to miss. The excitement doesn't stop at the 2023 regular season schedule, so here are some more key dates every fan of the Burgundy and Blue needs to know:

Leagues Cup

Friday, July 21 - Saturday, August 19

The moment American and Mexican fans of the beautiful game have been waiting for. The Rapids will halt their regular season schedule to compete in the newly-fashioned Leagues Cup, pitting all MLS and Liga MX clubs against each other in a month-long, World Cup-style tournament.

Colorado will pause MLS play for Leagues Cup after their home game with Houston on July 15 and resume on August 20th when the Rapids take on LAFC. The full Leagues Cup schedule will be announced at a later date.

MLS All-Star Game

Wednesday, July 19

The 2023 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target is set for Wednesday, July 19 at Audi Field, home of D.C. United. The opponent for Major League Soccer's showcase event will be announced at a later date.

Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup

Dates TBD

Your Burgundy Boys will also compete in the annual 2023 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. Scheduling information for the tournament will be announced by U.S. Soccer at a later date.

Decision Day

Saturday, October 21

The final stand. The Rapids' final regular season game to possibly make or break their chance at the Audi MLS Cup playoffs will see the Burgundy Boys face off against rivals Real Salt Lake for the third time in 2023 at home. It's a matchup you won't want to miss.
