
Marchment, Harper Attend Kings Development Camp

LOS ANGELES, CA -Two Bulls are Kings for a week.Jake Marchment andStephen Harper are atDevelopment Camp with the Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings at the Toyota Sports Center in Los Angeles, California.
The camp that opened on July 6th saw the24 invitees, 15 of which are Kings draft picks, undergo medical exams before hitting the ice on the 7th.
Marchment was a sixth round pick of the Kings in the 2014 NHL Draft on June 28th. He and Bulls teammateStephen Harper, who is listed as a defenceman on the Kings camp roster, are joined by 12 other OHL players. The camp is being largely overseen by former Kings forward and Development CoachMike O'Connell alongside longtime NHL'er and KingsPlayer Development DirectorNelson Emerson.
Recently developed Kings prospect talent inTyler Toffoli,Tanner Pearson,Alec MartinezandSlava Voynovplayed large roles in Los Angeles' run through the playoffs to a Stanley Cup Championship this spring.
Both expected to return to the Bulls as 19 year-olds this upcoming season, Marchment and Harper will be instrumental parts of the team's approach this season.
They'll be in Belleville when the Bulls open Training Camp on Wednesday, August 27th.
