Albuquerque Isotopes News Release

Los Angeles Dodgers manager Joe Torre confirmed this evening that Manny Ramirez is scheduled to play for the Albuquerque Isotopes during a rehabilitation assignment beginning this Tuesday, June 23 at Isotopes Park. Barring any setbacks, Ramirez will play for the Isotopes during their series against the Nashville Sounds.

Torre didn't specify how many days Ramirez would spend with the Isotopes.

For the fans' convenience, the Isotopes Park Box Office will open 8:00 am each of the next three days. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com and via phone by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Tickets are still available for each of the games of this series.

Albuquerque continues its eight-game homestand tomorrow against the Omaha Royals, Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals, with a very special Father's Day Sunday celebration that includes a pre-game father/child catch on the field, a free BBQ apron to the first 3,000 dads, and a powder blue jersey auction with proceeds benefiting prostate cancer research. Tickets for any Isotopes game may be purchased at the Isotopes Park Box Office, at Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 1-800-745-3000, or on-line at www.albuquerquebaseball.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
